A Private/Family-Owned Rest House is for rent which is ideal for long staying guests/family but we can accommodate short stay, day-use, or overnight use. The house is located in Pasol, Alcoy beside King Arthur (Sola Homes), near TRIPLE B Resort and minutes away from Tingko Beach.

The Rest House includes the ff:

- 1 spacious air-conditioned bay view room (with one Queen size bed, the room can accommodate 3-5 persons, with CR) 1, 750 pesos per day.

- 1 bedroom ( with single bed, the room can accommodate 2-4 persons, with CR) 1,200 pesos per day.

- if you want the house fully exclusive for your whole family or group, its 3, 000 pesos per day.

- 1 refrigerator ( for your beverage and food)
- 1 water dispenser ( no free water)
- 1 gas stove with empty tank
- kitchen ( with limited utensils)
- Dining Table (with dining ware)
- Mini Bar Counter
- Spacious Sala ( with one set of Sofa)
- Terrace Upstairs (beach view, with 1 set of Sofa)

Please Note: Some items are available upon request with corresponding fee/charge like additional bed, pillows etc.. Only one room is air-conditions and the other is not but well-ventilated since the house is steps away from the beach.
